mixed feelings about the stay

poor heating broken lift
The location is good. but the room was dismal! the heating was poor and there was none in the bathroom. It was freezing, the lift wasn't working, so it was difficult for me. there were bottle noises and bin collections at night.

Underwhelming Stay, Noise and Service Issues

loud gurgling late check-out
The noise was a problem. The bar's late-night bottle disposal disrupted sleep, and early morning deliveries added to it. The bathroom had a recurring loud gurgling noise, so it was hard to relax. I also had trouble with the staff when requesting late check-out.
